Volunteer needed at AAPA conference

Message from the President:

LCDR McKinnon from USPHS is looking for a motivated Navy PA attending our AAPA conference in Toronto to volunteer for the color guard team.

Message from LCDR McKinnon:

I strive to ensure that the Uniformed Services are well represented at the AAPA conference. I work close with the AAPA Staff and leadership to ensure that the opening ceremonies have a robust color guard.

Can you reach out to your members, who will be attending, and see if any are willing to volunteer. I try to have a practice Friday evening but will also run through the event Saturday Morning prior to the opening ceremony.

We also try to provide a color guard to the opening of the House of Delegates.

Thank you for your assistance.

Webmaster turnover--uh oh

I am now the proud owner of the NAPA website, standby for changes. Looking for any input to improve. Yes, Ron has given me the keys, and I am currently riding with training wheels. Happy to give Ron some help as he has done a great job setting this site up. More to follow, standing by, and lastly does anyone read this?

NAPA WEBMASTER TURNOVER

Effective today, I am turning the NAPA Webmaster position over to Graham Danyleyko. In 2010, I led a team to build this new site for our Navy PA community and have served as your Webmaster since then. I hope you have found the site to be useful, relevant, and current. It has been a lot of hard work and long hours to get us where we are now and I certainly appreciate your support and faith in me as we developed and launched the site two years ago. Special thanks to my fellow NAPA BOD members who have been instrumental to our ongoing success.

Our new Webmaster is eager to take over and has great ideas for further improvements. He shares my belief that this site needs to remain as a central place for ALL Navy PAs (active, reserve, retired, students) to refer to keep track of what is happening in our community.

I ask you all to support Graham Danyleyko in his efforts.

Together, we will continue to move NAPA forward.

Thank you.
